Pre-Orders

Pre-orders typically ship out in 3-4 weeks after purchase, however, you will be notified should there be any changes in this timeframe. A notice will then be sent out to the email address used to place the order when your product has shipped.

Ready-to-ship Items

If an item is listed as "In stock" and ready to ship, these orders will be fulfilled in 5-7 business days. A notice will be sent out to the email address used to place the order when your item has shipped.

Tracking & Shipments

Tracking is available for every international order, and is heavily recommended. This option offers tracking updates and insurance on your item. Should you choose not to select tracked shipping at checkout for your item, we will not responsible for any lost items, however will do what we can to try and locate your item or any relevant information revolving the package. These instances will not be covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
